Disney doesn't do last-minute. Every ad, every banner, every postcard carries the weight of a century-old brand. But travel agents needed speed. Empty rooms in Florida. Promotions that had to go out now. We built them a system. Modular art. Pre-approved copy. Layouts they could assemble themselves. The voice stayed Disney. The speed became theirs.

THE CHALLENGE

Disney Parks & Resorts needed travel agents to move rooms — fast. Florida hotels were running at 90% occupancy, but last-minute gaps still needed filling. The problem: Disney's brand standards meant every promotion required approval, production, and polish. Travel agents couldn't wait weeks for creative. They needed assets they could deploy in days.

THE INSIGHT

A promotional ad isn't just art and copy. It's a system. If you give partners the right modular pieces — pre-approved photography, flexible headlines, layout templates — they can build on-brand promotions themselves. The voice stays Disney. The speed becomes theirs.

THE WORK

We created "Be Our Guest" — an integrated campaign style guide that armed travel agents with everything they needed. Modular banner ads. Email templates. Direct mail layouts. Print-ready files. Every piece was designed to be assembled, not recreated. Partners could swap promotions, update offers, and launch campaigns without starting from scratch — all while maintaining the cohesive brand voice Disney demands.

THE IMPACT

The system reduced production time from weeks to days. Travel agents could respond to room availability in real time, filling gaps that would have otherwise gone empty. Disney maintained brand consistency across thousands of partner touchpoints. The modular approach became a template for how the brand empowered its network — proving that control and speed aren't mutually exclusive.
